Members: If you are a current Quad City Singles
member and want to renew your membership please download
the renewal form.
New Members: To
join Quad City Singles, please fill out the form on the "Join
Online" page. The yearly membership rate is $30. Please mail
your check to the QC Singles mailing address. Membership
cards will be issued upon receipt of payment and your renewal
date is one year from the date the card is issued. Membership
payment must be received within one month of joining online to
avoid deletion from membership file. |
