When I print the calendar the category colors do not print. How can I print the calendar to look like it does on my computer screen?

Most web browsers don't print background colors by default. You will need to change this option from within your web browser settings.

If you're using Internet Explorer on a PC, from the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options." Click the Advanced tab. Under Settings, scroll down until you find the Printing category. Make sure Print background colors and images is checked, and then click OK.

If you're using Firefox or Netscape on a PC, select "Page Setup" from the "File" menu. Check the "Print Background" box.

If you're using a Mac, this option is accessible from the "Internet Explorer", "Safari", "Mozilla" or "Firefox" print options.

If you are using AOL or if you are unsure what browser you are using follow these steps From your "Start" menu in the lower left hand corner select "Control Panel" (this may be under a section called 'Settings'). Find the "Internet Options" icon and double click on it. Click the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down to the "Printing" section and check the box labeled "Print background colors and images." Click the "OK" button.


How can I print the calendar on one page?

The calendar is primarily intended for online viewing. Due to the amount of events it may be difficult to print the calendar on one page. The following options may help fit the information on one page:
